Commercial Leadership - Provide leadership to achieve sales, margin, income, stock targets - Identify opportunities to deliver KPI\\\\\\\'s - Understand consumers shopping habits and requirements and implement plan to satisfy their needs - Agree the key priorities and have plans in place to deliver the priorities Sales, margin, income, stock Category Management - Identify range development opportunities - Align space to requirements of the business - Rationalization of underperforming SKU\\\\\\\'s Sales, margin Supplies Negotiations - Negotiate lower cost prices - Improve supplies trading terms - Identify opportunities to improve sales, margin and income Margin, income Stock management - Control; purchase orders - Manage remnant stock - Achieve stock holding targets Stock holding People - Provide coaching to develop team - Replace underperformers with competent personnel - Inspire team to achieve KPI\\\\\\\'s Individuals achieving their KPI\\\\\\\'s
招聘要求
- University graduate with over 8 years managerial experience in buying of FMCG, preferably in Health and Beauty products - Preferable with manufacture or retail work experience - Category management experience - Good knowledge and insights into FMCG market and inspire the team Attributes: - Strong leadership who can work independently - Excellent project delivery quality and timing management - Excellent communication in both English and Chinese - Excellent communication and presentation skill - Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle others with diplomacy and tact - Self motivated and able to work under pressure - Logical and analytical thinker - Able to problem solve and make decisions
