\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 基于市场上可用的树脂材料以及其它主要添加成份，设计及验证适用于拉挤生产玻璃纤维、碳纤维棒类产品所用的树脂； Based on resin material and other major chemical materials available in market, design and verify resin formulation for GFRP and CFRP pultrusion production process; \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 制定原材料及树脂的检验标准、检验规程； Make specification and test requirement for raw material chemicals and resin; \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 主导建立原材料及树脂研发及生产控制实验室； Establish the lab to do tests for raw material chemicals and resin, for purpose of resin formulation test, process control and material quality control; \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 编制树脂配制的生产工艺指导书，生产过程及树脂的测试计划； Create resin mixing production work instruction, and the test plan for in-process and resin quality inspection; \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 培训生产、QC及实验室操作人员； Train operator, QC and lab technician on related operations. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 针对降低成本的需求，对原材料及树脂生产成本进行分析，提出优化方案； Under circumstance of cost reduction, analyze costs of raw materials and production process, propose ways for improvement. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 其它指派的任务 Other duties may be assigned as required
招聘要求
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 硕士及以上学历，高分子 / 塑料 / 复合材料相关专业； Master\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s degree or above, majored in Macromolecule, Plastics, or Composite Material; \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 5年以上热固性树脂体系产品与工艺开发或相关工作经验； 5 years of experience in thermosetting resin product and process development work; \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 能够根据产品性能和生产工艺需求，设计、验证树脂配方，应用于批量生产； Can design and verify resin formulation for mass production and meet different performance requirements of GRFP and CFRP. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 熟悉各类玻璃纤维、碳纤维棒材拉挤生产所用树脂的标准要求、配方体系、测试方法； Familiar with standard and specification, the formulation, test methods of different type of resin used in GFRP and CFRP pultrusion; \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 熟悉各类测试设备的使用方法和测试规程； Familiar with resin and chemicals test equipment and testing procedure; \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" 对拉挤成型FRP产品的性能要求、树脂和关键材料、生产设备、模具、生产工艺有深入的了解 Have good understanding with FRP bar products and pultrusion process, including product specification, resin system and other key materials, production equipment, mold, process controls;
